With over 20 years of experience, they offer unique flexibility and control from start to finish on all their projects.
Role Overview:
- Support multiple construction managers with daily planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with trade partners to maintain schedule adherence.
- Foster a teamwork environment.
- Assist in hiring decisions and manage non-routine planning tasks.
- Work closely with the purchasing agent to understand vendor roles and availability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in construction/production building.
- Deep knowledge of fast-paced production scheduling and standard construction practices.
- Creative problem-solving skills for complex projects.
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
