Job Title: Construction Superintendent Residential and Commercial.

Schank Builders is a family run construction firm specializing in commercial and residential projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Superintendent will play a crucial role in coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel to optimize workflow and project efficiency.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any deficiencies promptly.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members, to provide updates and address concerns.

Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with contractual requirements.

Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work culture.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of successfully managing commercial and/or residential projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, as well as building codes and regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and document management.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

OSHA 30-Hour Certification.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits:
