Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung von elektrischen Reparaturen und Störungsbeseitigungen an Maschinen und Automationen
- Fehlersuche mit Hilfe von Schaltplänen, Dokumentationen und Programmiergerät (unter Verwendung von Diagnose- bzw. Programmiersoftware)
- Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen sowie Automationen
- Unterstützung im Rahmen von Umbauarbeiten sowie der Optimierung von elektrischen Steuerungssystemen (z.B. SPS, regelbare Antriebe, Roboter, Schweißlaser.)
- Anstoßen von Ersatzteilbeschaffungen für die Instandsetzung der Betriebseinrichtungen
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Maschinen und Anlagen im Schichtbetrieb
- Durchführung von geplanten Wartungen und Umbauten sowie Störungsanalysen und Anlagenoptimierungen
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung als Industrieelektroniker, Elektriker oder vergleichbar
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Lesen und Verstehen von Schaltplänen
- Erfahrung mit SPS, S5, Step 7 bzw. TIA Programmierung und Bussystemen
- Vorkenntnisse zum Thema elektrische Antriebe
- Erfahrung mit Rechnersystemen wünschenswert
- Hohes Maß an Engagement und Belastbarkeit
- Hohe Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Teamfähigkeit
