Leading Home Builder Schaeffer Family Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Professional to join our sales team.

This person will meet with prospective buyers looking to build a new home.

• Intense Training Program. Retail Sales Experience Preferred, but Not Required
• Will Assist in Obtaining Real Estate License if you do not already have one
• Weekends Required
• Self-Motivated, Eager to Learn and have High Energy
• Non-Smoking Environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Potential Earnings: between $65,000-$100,000/year. Primarily a commission position.
• 401(k)

Schedule:

• Weekend days required
• Days off will be during the week
• 8-hour shift
• Self-determined schedule
