Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Deli Associate to join our team. As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving deli products, and maintaining a clean and organized deli area. If you have a passion for culinary arts, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area

- Assist customers with their orders and provide exceptional customer service

- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety

- Monitor inventory levels and restock deli products as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the deli department

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of regulations regarding food handling and safety

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns or complaints

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements
