Position overview:

As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for executing various carpentry tasks, such as framing, window and door installations, trim work, and other woodworking activities. In addition to your carpentry expertise, you will actively contribute to general labor duties and collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed with precision and within specified timelines. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to delivering top-notch craftsmanship, and a strong dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, installing windows and doors, trim work, and other woodworking duties.
• Assist in various construction activities, such as concrete work, drywall installation, and general labor tasks.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on construction sites.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction experience a plus
• Strong carpentry skills, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Compensation:

• Full-Time position.
• $20.00 - $30.00 an hour commensurate with experience.
