Our Pediatric teams:
Southcentral Foundation provides high quality care for Alaska Native and American Indian children through an integrated model. We strive for all children to have a relationship with and access to pediatric trained specialists along with the continuity of their family’s primary care provider. In this approach, the integrated pediatrician performs well-child visits at specified intervals and remains available for consultation. Additionally, the integrated pediatrician and team manages a small cohort of children with chronic conditions. Along with the pediatrician, the integrated pediatric support team includes a dedicated nurse case manager, certified medical assistant, and case management support personnel for scheduling and administrative duties.
