Duties:
- Assist moving leads further down the funnel
- Be familiar with Knoxville real estate trends and prices
- Help facilitate transactions with title company
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate sales contracts and prices
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
