Assistant Manager - Residential

Provide support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities living in a group home in your community. Includes support with medical and behavioral health needs, and teaching workplace, social, and activities of daily living skills. Often provide personal care and assist with mobility and transfers. Assist and support with community based activities including transporting to/from, attending social events, medical appointments, shopping, and recreational outings. Maintain up to date notes and individual information in Therap database. Assist manager in supervising all aspects of the group home including scheduling, ISP preparation, behavioral plans, and monitoring PAL accounts. Provide management oversight in absence of manager. All programs are located in Sussex County, NJ.

Minimum requirements:

• 18 Years of Age
• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with I/DD
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable Driving Record
• COVID vaccination and booster is required
