Scarborough’s corporate warehouse is located in Liberty, Missouri and offers 416,000 square feet of fully racked Class A space with 40 dock doors. Scarbrough strives to provide a full-service warehouse experience, including: container devanning, storage, inspection, kitting, reverse logistics, custom labeling, custom packing, compliance management, omni-channel retail fulfillment, crossdocking, and distribution services.

Position Overview:

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for managing the functional responsibilities of inventory control on behalf of our customers. These responsibilities include management of inventory, handling inquiries, and maintenance of customer requirements. This position will serve as an expert on all inventory-related matters to all other functions within the warehouse and will provide clear communication to both customers and internal parties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cycle count schedule in compliance with corporate accounting objectives
• Assist with reconciling cycle count discrepancies
• Assist with periodic physical inventories
• Communicate with vendors regarding inventory inquiries
• Investigate inventory issues like quality control and customer concerns
• Work in tandem with Shipping, Receiving and Account Services departments to support overall organizational goals
• Maintain high levels of customer service while collaborating directly with customers, vendors, and internal parties
