We are looking for an experienced and adaptable experienced Pipeline TD with extensive expertise in Metashape. This person is responsible for implementing in-house applications for both infrastructure and artists around Metashape, playing a critical role in sharing the technological backbone of our innovative projects around data acquisition and processing. There is the potential for this role to transition into a product owner role for highly qualified candidates, with the opportunity to drive the vision and development of specific products or features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of solutions using the Python API in Metashape, and other relevant technologies within the R&D department
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects, demonstrating versatility and adaptability
• Contribute to the design and implementation of software architecture for VFX projects
• Collaborate effectively with your team via virtual communication channels to contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Software department
• Participate in framework design discussions, ensuring scalability and flexibility
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements to bring innovative solutions to projects

• Multiple years of image acquisition, laser scanning and data processing in Metashape
• Professional experience in Scripting with a focus on Python and Metashape API
• Knowledge of photogrammetry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 
• Experience with multi-platform development, including Windows and Linux
• A strong background in software architecture and framework design

• Experience with C
• Experience with AWS Services and Docker
• Proficiency with Vanilla JavaScript and HTML for front-end development
• A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaborative relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and tasks quickly
