Cigars International is looking for a driven, customer-centric individual to join the team as a Retail Associate. Opportunities for both experienced and entry-level Retail Associates are available.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Restock product and perform basic inventory tasks.
* Operate a Point-of-Sale system.
* Answer phones to field call in-orders and general questions.
* Preform standard cleaning tasks such as sweeping, sanitizing, and emptying trash.
* Assist in manufacturer events and special promotions.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS:**
* Ability to engage, connect, and openly speak with customers.
* Independent thinker, logical, strategic, with a high focus and attention to detail.
* Ability to climb step ladders and restock merchandise shelving.
* Ability to work flexible shifts.
