Senior Software Developer - Nokomis, FL: Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality software (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.). Work with product managers/owners early on to shape product definition in order to build it in a flexible, extensible, and robust way. Keep up to date with relevant technology areas. Evaluate progress and results and recommend major changes in procedures. Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments. Act as thought leader and deliver deep technical expertise for product development that drives colleague engagement, clarity and instills a culture of innovation and execution. Work cross-functionally with various teams such as product management/owners, QA, support, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results. Mentor and coach junior members of the development team. Be committed to team success and positive team dynamics. Demonstrate passion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers. Utilize Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies. Maintain relevant documentation to describe logic, coding/configuration, testing and changes where applicable. Ensure all tasks are completed to the required quality standards. Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools & techniques. Provide 3rd tier support and/or expertise for the area of responsibility.

Must have a Bachelors degree (or its US equivalent) in Engineering, or Computer Science. Must possess 3 years experience performing as Software Engineer/Software Developer. Must have experience in PVX coding. Must possess Sage Developer/ Technical Certification. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
