What You'll Do

As a Lab Technician, you'll be part of our Scan Pac Manufacturing team located in Menomonee Falls, WI reporting to the Manager of Research & Development. You'll get to:

• Perform laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various laboratory techniques and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment and reagents.
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
• Collaborate with research and development team to support ongoing projects.
• Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory methods and procedures.
• Participate in the validation of new analytical methods.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the management of laboratory inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate degree or Bachelor of Science degree.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting.
• Excellent mathematical skills for data analysis and interpretation.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player that builds and maintains strong relationships across all departments and levels of the organization.
• High level of integrity and commitment.
• Natural leader that takes the initiative to overcome obstacles.
• Strong decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Preferable knowledge of manufacturing processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
