The Job

Responsible for reporting, analyzing, and monitoring on performance analytics for multiple DSO digital assets in support of DSO department. Act as subject-matter expert for analytics, metrics and performance for specific channels, and digital assets as assigned.

You Will

  • Understand, analyze, and report on web metrics, using the tools of the trade including, Google Analytics (GA4), SiteImprove, Hotjar, Looker, Tableau, Google Tag Manager event & tagging implementation and insights driven analysis & research.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide insights on performance of digital assets (inc. websites, portals, user surveys, communication channels, messaging campaigns, dashboards, etc) and deliver actionable analysis and/or recommendations (ad hoc and on regular cadence) and identify, resolve / report on anomalies in data and on potential issues with configurations (ex. tagging and meta data)
  • Develop automated data visualization dashboards for ongoing reporting, presentations, and/or documentation including use of SQL scripting to analyze large data sets.
  • Review performance data, survey data and analytics to understand user journey, insights, ideas, and to identify opportunities to improve.
  • Drive actionable insights from data sources to improve organic and paid media performance and provide analytical support with any marketing A/B design and testing.
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms and algorithms to identify potential impact to SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
  • Work with IT departments and vendors on open issues, new requests, issue resolution as needed.
  • Keep management and team members informed about activities and technical issues and produce analytics/ dashboards per schedule or ad hoc requests.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in web analytics fundamentals including thorough understanding of data, reporting tools, requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, report/ dashboard development, appropriate presentation development, written and verbal communication experience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple high-priority, complex activities.
