Scales and Shells is looking for an experienced cooks, dishwashers and shuckers to join our team. Cooks should have line experience to include saute, grill, pantry and fry stations. The ideal cook candidates will meet the qualifications below. We also need dishwashers and shuckers. We are willing to train individuals in these positions but experienced candidates are preferred.

Cook:

- Flexibility with schedule

- Good knife skills

- Able to work in a team environment

- Can keep a station clean and organized

- Willing to assist chef with keeping the kitchen organized

- Serve Safe certification is a plus
