This position reports into our KGSO repair and calibration business and supports Keysight through innovation and operational excellence.

A successful candidate for this position will have both supply chain, quality and/or compliance experience, combined with a strong sense of urgency and accountability to exceed customer expectations.

Including but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

• Purchase order or credit card processing for order creation and/or management
• Working with supplier for order placement and expediting
• Supporting internal teams for assurance of supply, quality and compliance
• Purchase order fulfillment and reconciliation of the invoice to accounts payable
