Our company is a leading provider of construction access rental equipment. We are currently seeking a Swing Stage Erector to join our team. This role involves skilled mechanical work in the maintenance and installation of our equipment. The successful candidate will have a general knowledge of swing stage equipment, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

· Perform skilled mechanical work in the maintenance of motorized construction access rental equipment.

· Install equipment on customer job sites.

· Troubleshoot, test, and perform maintenance on standard Swing Stage equipment and accessories.

· Perform inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

· Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined.

· Make off-site service calls as needed.

· Provide excellent customer service to customers and co-workers.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

· General knowledge in the inspection, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of swing stage equipment.

· Mechanical aptitude (preferred not required).

· The ability to read, write, and comprehend English. Conversational Spanish is a plus.

· The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a consistent-paced environment.

· The ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.

· The ability to work at heights.

· Formal training to erect and operate suspended scaffolds (preferred not required).

· Formal fall protection training (preferred not required).

· Prior rigging experience (preferred not required).

· A valid US Driver’s License.
