Our company is seeking a dedicated Scaffold Builder to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring safe and efficient operations at various construction and industrial sites. As a Scaffold Builder, you will be part of a mobile crew, traveling to different job sites to erect and dismantle scaffolding structures, providing safe elevated access for workers. Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures at various construction and industrial sites.
• Ensure all scaffolding is erected squarely, leveled, and adheres to all required safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with fellow crew members to understand equipment needs and coordinate material movement on the project.
• Ensure safe operations at all job sites in full compliance with the company’s safety program and all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with system scaffolding.
• Basic knowledge of scaffolding installation.
• Ability to start and complete erection of scaffolding to all required safety standards.
• Must have all required tools for the job.
• Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
• Clean background.
• Physically fit, able to climb scaffolding and lift, handle, pass, and carry up to 75 pounds.
• High School graduates/GED preferred.
• Must provide own steel-toe boots.
