•Lead and directly supervise the production area employees.
•Enforce all safety, GMP and other company policies.
•Complete administrative duties necessary to for the plant operations, such as timecard approval, vacation scheduling, SAP inventory management
PLEASE NOTE: Must be available to work Sunday PM - Friday AM; 9 PM - 6 AM CT
  • Ensure that all safety, quality, GMP, and 5S standards are maintained and established procedures are adhered to by all employees within the department at all times.
  • Manage the production area personnel, including shift leads, line leads and movers makers. This role will provide direct feedback to these roles via daily discussions, 1-on-1's and 6-month review process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes and procedures that improve OEE and reduce costs.

  • Provide updates to the team by speaking and presenting in huddles, meetings and tours.
REQUREMENTS:
  • Bachelors
  • 3 year experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment
PREFFERED:
  • Experience working with SAP in a manufacturing setting.
  • Past experience in a training or employee development role.
  • Past Experience in a safety or quality role.
