We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to service our providers and Visiting Nurses throughout the Lowcountry. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
This is a full-time salaried 8-hour position working a In-office schedule, either (8:00AM - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday) OR (7:00AM - 7:00PM; 7 on 7 off Monday - Sunday)
The scheduler would be responsible for building Visiting Nurses or Providers schedules daily and weeks in advance. This individual would also be responsible (but not limited to) for managing referrals as needed, building a rapport with referral sources along with having strong communication and follow-through. The case manager would also be responsible for explaining our services via phone when needed and scheduling the initial patient's visit promptly depending on the acuity of the patient. Strong communication and follow-through between providers, medical assistants, referral sources and patients is a must. This position includes many other company benefits!
