Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our fast-moving team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to complete construction and excavation projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. NOTE: We travel frequently, with ~30% of work being out-of-town.

Duties:
- Operate skid steers, dozers, tractors, excavators, water trucks, rollers, wheel loaders & dump trucks
- Perform tasks such as digging, building, and moving materials
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained (greased, washed, etc) and report any malfunctions or damages
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience:
- Finish grade experience
-Experience with laser automation and GPS preferred
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of work in various weather conditions

Pay: $21.33 - $25.68 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
