Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00

What to Expect

In this role, you will: 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Ensure high-quality interactions, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to requests from internal teams.
  • Handle various tasks, including proposal requests, lead generation, DocuSign processing, and client communication.
  • Evaluate incoming leads and route qualified prospects to the appropriate account executives.
  • Efficiently process renewals that may include product and service contracts.
  • Input relevant data into the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain accurate client records, track activity, and log customer-related issues.
  • Work within our internal ticketing system to promptly document and respond to requests.
  • Recommend new procedures to enhance day-to-day efficiency.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning operational activities.
  • Respond to client requests for due diligence or other supporting documentation.
  • Provide necessary information to support client needs.

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prefer a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, two to four years related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or process management is essential. Familiarity with complex processes, contract review, and efficiency optimization is a plus.
  • An Operations Specialist should excel in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to improve processes.
  • Operations often involve intricate processes. The candidate must pay meticulous attention to details to ensure smooth execution and accuracy of documentation.
  • Identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and proposing effective solutions are crucial.
  • Effective communication with cross-functional teams, Clients, and stakeholders ensures seamless operations.
  • Awareness of industry-specific regulations (e.g., FFIEC, NIST, etc.) is essential.
  • An Operations Specialist may lead teams for processes or documentation review and updating and possibly collaborate closely with others, including management, to obtain these goals. Leadership skills and adaptability are essential.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
