SBLI (Savings Bank Mutual Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts) is seeking a highly motivated Imaging & Processing Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Sort and distribute all incoming requests to the appropriate team for processing accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all records are organized and easy to pull when needed
• Effectively task 300-400 files to the appropriate department for processing each day
• Update client addresses when mail is returned from post office
• Scan fiche into our system for easy access to policy information
• Complete duplicate policy requests from clients
• Perform quality control on the resulting finished images
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to remove barriers for our clients and ensure a great client experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy
• Familiar with ImageRight document imaging system preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of life insurance preferred, but not required
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong client service orientation
• Exceptional data entry skills & hands-on experience and strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
• Ability to identify gaps and make improvement recommendations
• Accountable, ethical, good decision-making ability
• Ability to quickly adapt to the implementation of new technologies and workflow processes
• A desire for continuous learning and dedication to studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly and retaining information to assist with decision-making

We offer a hybrid work schedule in our Woburn, MA office. Working remotely two days a week, and in the office three days a week.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
