Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Apartment Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, appliance repair, ongoing apartment maintenance and apartment turnovers

- Responsible for apartment turnovers, including removing trash from vacant apartments, making repairs and cleaning

- Trash pick up throughout the complex
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Responsible for upkeep of grounds, landscaping and perimeter of complex including pressure washing
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

-Ability for on-call emergency maintenance calls

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills

- Able to communicate in Spanish

- Must have own tools
