Small Animal Veterinary Job Description

We are looking for a full-time small animal veterinarian to join our team in Spring, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical care to dogs and cats. You will also be responsible for performing routine procedures, such as vaccinations, dental procedures, soft tissue surgery, spaying, and neutering.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas
  • 1-3 years of experience in small animal medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

  • Guaranteed salary of $125,000/year with growth ability every year
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, IRA match, liability insurance, state and federal license, CE allowance, and paid time off
  • $100,000 signing bonus
  • Full ownership equity after 5 years
  • Student loan payment assistance
  • 4 and ½ day work week, only one Saturday morning shift per month, no after-hours emergency
  • Hybrid work days at the clinic and at home available
