- REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.
- Knowledge of metal properties and materials
- Great mathematical skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of CNC software and programming
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to work independently in an environment that is loud and dirty due to the production of manufacturing materials.

- DUTIES AND TASKS
- Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines.
- Ensure parts are within tolerance and meet specifications.
- Perform machine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and instructions for accurate production.
- Set up machines for the required process.
- Keep inventory of tooling and restock when necessary.
- Plan out the necessary actions for the completion of a job.
- Monitor the machine while working to identify issues.
- Practice safety policies and regulations.
