We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties:```
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our office phone system
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing and organizing patient records
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and timely patient care
- Perform other front desk duties as assigned

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using office software systems and electronic medical records
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
