Skills and Experience:
5 years of IP Litigation experience having helped manage and supervise all facets of
litigating Section 337 matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission
At least 5 years of experience in patent and trademark litigation in federal district court
At least 5 years of experience in patent proceedings before the International Trade
Commission
2 years of experience with USPTO inter partes review (IPRs) proceedings.
2 years of experience with USPTO patent and trademark prosecution.
Proficient in electronic filings using Pacer CM/ECF and USPTO systems.
Willingness and flexibility to work overtime, occasionally on short notice.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
