Job Role :ServiceNow Architect

Job Location Fort Worth, TX 76134 Onsite

Note : Candidate Must have 5 years of Architect Level exp

· ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc

· Experience with system administration.

· Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities.

· Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies

· Experience with various integrations & APIs.

· Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule.

· Perform POCs

· Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map.

· Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance.
