Summary

Responsible for achieving sales, profit and people related objectives within an assigned geographical territory. Works closely with General Managers to assist them in these areas. Ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures, federal, state and local laws and Company business standards. This position must be able to work and communicate effectively with the restaurant management teams.

Accountabilities

• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures within their District. Works with the GM’s to ensure all Company food safety procedures are followed. Ensures that all health, safety and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with federal, state and local standards. Ensures that Health Department evaluations are forwarded to the Corporate office in a timely manner.
• Maintains safe working conditions within their District by following and enforcing all Company safety, security and maintenance policies and procedures as well as any applicable federal, state and local requirements. Ensures that all claims are reported in a timely manner per Company policy.
• Responsible for keeping their District staffed with managers per established Pars. Monitors employment climate in their District and takes prompt action when excessive turnover or morale issues are occurring at either the manager or team member levels.
• Works closely with the GM’s to oversee their store operations including, but not limited to, systems usage, recipe adherence, payroll and timekeeping procedures, and guest interactions. Takes corrective action as necessary. Ensures that customer comments and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.
• Works closely with the GM’s regarding profit and loss management through cash control, safety and security measures, food cost and inventory management, managing labor and reviewing financial reports.
• Reviews and Approves management schedules within their District.
• Regularly conducts a variety of audits within their District (ie. QSC, Cash, Inventory) and takes corrective action as necessary.
• Escalates to the SDO immediately any issues that may cause loss, material harm or poor consumer relations to the company. Follows through appropriately until resolution is attained.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance

Other Requirements

Must be certified with appropriate state or local health department. Must be in possession of appropriate license and permit to sell alcoholic beverages (where applicable). Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage per the Company Automobile Usage policy. Any additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age, minimum
• High School, College or University Degree Preferred
• 5-7 years of restaurant or supervisory experience, preferred
• Multi-Unit Experience preferred
