Also responsible for making recommendations to Management regarding the collectability of assigned customers. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities Review and research a high volume of transactions, identify the root causes of discrepancies, propose solutions, document issues, and report to management. Applies cash receipts upon receipt and ensures timely and accurate entry and processing. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned portfolio, including but not limited to regular collection calls and correspondence to customers in a fast-paced environment. Monitor and Maintain assigned accounts ( adjustments/refunds, customer reconciliations.) Work with customers and internal employees to pursue and resolve collection matters, including legal collections and troubled status. Ensures compliance with all specific tax requirements for each country. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements H.S. Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field; and a minimum of 3 years of experience in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, or Collections is required Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with Great Plains preferred.
