SB Simmons Bank is Hiring a Remote Fiduciary Risk Manager

The Fiduciary Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation and management of a comprehensive compliance and examination program. Position is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas related to Fiduciary Compliance, Administration and Investment process. The Fiduciary Risk Manager may lead large or multiple projects, including compliance due-diligence activities, with significant scope and impact. Position is responsible for budgeting, staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations and resignations for the department managed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversees all aspects of the Fiduciary/Trust assigned regulatory areas. Acts as Director of the Bank’s Trust Department compliance management program. Coordinates responses to regulatory and internal (audit) examinations, prepares documentation, corrective measures and responses to correct deficiencies. Develops and maintains compliance programs, systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State and self-regulatory regulations. Develops, communicates and implements strategies, procedures and systems designed to enhance the Bank’s Trust Department overall compliance posture and support growth expectations. Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial report and/or legal documents Ability to write procedures and respond to customer complaints, regulatory agencies or members of the business community Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, and other employees in the organization Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors Education and/or Experience BS/BA Degree (4 year) from an accredited university/college or 10 plus years’ experience in equivalent position required. Prior Fiduciary Compliance or Administration experience a must. Specializations in duties may occur from the following Risk Management Group areas: Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, Unfair Deceptive or Abuse Acts or Practices, Crisis Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management Computer Skills MS Office programs FIS Addvantage Trust Accounting Software FIS Investor’s View Power BI Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Appropriate certifications for applicable regulatory area CTFA and/or FRM and/or CFIRS accreditation preferred.
