We are looking for a friendly and dependable receptionist no experience required to work at our Wellington location.
Duties will include but not limited to-
*Building rapport with all patients that walk in the door
* Inbound/Outbound Calls
* Patient check in
* Scheduling
* Must know how to efficiently and positively work with a team of admins and clinicians Requirements
* Positive Work Ethics
* Strong Phones Skills
* Must be willing to help out the team as needed
* Must be comfortable in a fast paced work environment. During peak season we see close to 200 patients per week.
* Great Multitasking Skills -This position will offer valuable training and professional development to enhance your skills necessary to create the need and want for our health care services. The Front Desk is the liaison between the patient and the therapist and ensures that each patient is 100% satisfied with our services and problem solve situations so that the outcome is in line with our purpose, which is to ensure our patients are completely satisfied and willing to refer their friends and family.
