Saw Creek Estates Community Association, Inc. is Hiring a Public Safety Dispatcher Near Bushkill, PA

Department: Public Safety

Reports To: Chief of Public Safety

Primary Duties:

· Maintain Command and Control Center for the Community.

· Keep radio communications between Control and Patrol Vehicles open at all times.

· Responsible to identify and log in calls for service, visits and any action taken on his/her respective shift.

· Issue guest, visitor and contractor passes as warranted.

· Notify Public Safety, Administration and Maintenance, as required, via Command Radio or Cellular System.

· Coordinate emergency responses from Police, Fire and Emergency Response personnel.

· Respond to telephone calls for assistance from members and authorized guests.

· Keep Patrol appraised of any occurrence requiring attention.

· Be aware of, and conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Community in addition to understanding and conforming to any relative operations orders, etc.

· Enter all guest passes into system.

· Enter all events of his/her shift into the Report Exec System.

· Monitor all cameras to ensure community safety and rules compliance.

· Perform all other duties as directed.

Requirements:

· Ability to deal professionally with the public.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

· Basic computer knowledge necessary.

· Must possess reliable transportation.

· Possess flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
