Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating various components and products. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with hand tools.
Duties:
- Clean, mark, paint or identify parts per work instructions
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to solder, fabricate, and assemble parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company standards
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing assembly tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes is a plus
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is desirable
- Proficient in using hand tools such as calipers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
