The IT Support Specialist provides technical configuration, testing, implementation and support of all restaurant technology initiatives including point of sale systems, hardware, peripherals, software, and other tools. This role is expected to provide excellent customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. IT Support Specialists assist in the technical operations to support Franchisees and our Corporate Operations Center in our growth and efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities

• Enchasing Team Management
• Maintaining all necessary functions of support to the locations to include maintaining and scheduling of phone support after office hours.
• Hardware management for the locations and corporate offices.
• Improving Network Security.
• Upgrading Store-Level Technology.
• Lead and development and implementation of IT standard operating policies and procedures.
• Document, track and monitor technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide support relating to all of the technology platforms in use at the restaurants at our corporate operations center to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Configure, test, install and support software platforms and hardware in use at restaurants and operations centers.
• Create and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Strong PC, network troubleshooting and configuration experience.
• College, university, equivalent degree or certification in a technology related field
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in desktop support in a large corporate environment.
• High-level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs, including after hours or weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail or food service industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
