Before applying please read:
(1) We need you to have your own transportation to get to work. We work in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernadino, all areas of Orange County all the way down to San Clemente and Camp Pendleton.
(2) Weekends are the busiest times for our business and we need all hands on deck. We have large to huge events that require everybody show up and work long days. Some days will be as long as 12 hours working, not including driving to and from the shift.
(3) Right now we are in the annual slow time for the industry. We may go out 5-6 days a week but there will be times between now and March that we will only have hours on the weekends. While we do have some "all hands on deck" events coming up, and weekday hours available, most available hours will be Friday-Sunday (schedule is given weekly, we try to give everybody an equal amount of hours - paid training will also happen during the weekdays)
Please, if you are not serious about actually working, do not contact us. Time is valuable and we cannot continue to interview over the phone only to have people cancel working. Just email me that you want us to write your PO a letter that you applied and send me $20!
Food experience helps, but is definitely not a must have. We will train you on our recipes and the way we do things on the truck if we all decide we are a good fit. Customer service, common sense, a good sense of humor and the ability to hold a conversation will take you far!
