Sr. SaaS Operations Engineer will be responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, applications and services.

• Minimum 5-8 year experience years of experience

• Must have strong Experience in SaaS Operations
• Must have Kubernetes Operations
• Must have AWS / Azure Administration 
• Must have Linux VM, MySQL, 
• Must have hands On experience in using monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), 
• Must have hands On experience in using Observability tools (e.g. Elastic APM, Datadog), 
• Must have strong knowledge on Networks, Storage and Cloud to handle troubleshooting of SaaS operational issues 

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
• SAML, JSON, YAML is a plus.
