Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Assistant. As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our team. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage calendars and team assignments
- Assist with project coordination and tracking
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with office management tasks as needed

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
