Position Overview:

Savills is at the forefront of integrating AI into the corporate real estate sector. We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to join our Seattle team. This role involves coordinating our AI Task Force’s custom GPT initiative, leveraging AI to revolutionize our client service delivery process, and the related sales and marketing of our services and solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about a long-term career in corporate real estate and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Savills Custom GPT initiative, aligning AI technologies with corporate real estate strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Savills to extract value propositions for AI integration.
• Innovate and implement AI-driven solutions for client services and technology solutions, and the sales and marketing of client service and technology solutions.
• Foster a culture of AI literacy and safe, ethical, and responsible adoption within the Savills organization.
• Cross functional collaboration working closely with our technology, research and development teams.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated abilities in prompt engineering and strong command of natural language processing tools.
• Exceptional language, communication, and analytical skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts using natural language programming.
• Interest in long-term career development within corporate real estate and AI innovation.
• Background in logic, analytics, or related fields. Legal or linguistics background and strong writing skills are a plus but are not required.
• Proven track record of applying innovative solutions in a professional setting.
