SaVida Health is seeking a Regional Outreach Coordinator to plan, direct, and coordinate activities to create a positive image and raised awareness for our Vermont communities!
SaVida Health, a private equity backed healthcare company, provides outpatient opiate and alcohol addiction treatment services. SaVida Health's care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management and medical management of psychiatric medications. SaVida Health is headquartered in Nashville, TN and currently operates in Massachusetts, Delaware, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Tennessee and Virginia and is developing the capability to expand rapidly to meet the needs of patients suffering from opiate and alcohol addiction.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Organized community events and facilitate discussions and engagements within the community
Attend community events, workshops, job fairs, and conferences
Meet with outside resources for our patient population
Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative community partners
Organize open houses during off-hours at SaVida’s facilities
Schedule regular outreach exhibitions in the community and educate others on SaVida's practices
Prepare accurate reports for goals and plans
Oversee Center Administrators' outreach responsibilities
Participate in meetings and committees as requested
Perform other duties as needed or requested by the RDO/COO
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in business, education or healthcare administration required or equivalent experience
At least two (2) years of experience and proven track record in Community/Patient outreach preferred
Outstanding written communication and presentation skills required
Strong knowledge of preparing reports
Strong knowledge of social media and basic marketing platforms
Must be friendly with a positive attitude and understanding of Addiction and Substance Use Disorder
Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
