The Technician, Field Support supports the overall repair and upkeep of all store IT equipment, including the front end and perimeter registers, rack equipment, and any other equipment supported by the IT Department.The Technician acts as the eyes, ears, and hands at the store locations for others who are offsite troubleshooting problems and generating resolutions.The Field Support Technician utilizes a ticketing system to acquire work assignments and create daily workload.The Technician requires the ability to self-manage one’s own work assignments daily with little or no supervision.This position must be professional, courteous, respectful, and mature in all dealings, acting as representatives of the IT Department in the field.
