Job Summary: 
The Building Maintenance position is responsible for themaintenance and repair activities for the Save Mart Distribution Center, toensure that the facility and equipment are maintained at the highest level ofoperational efficiency and safety. Repair material handling equipment and keepsphysical structures maintained using hand tools and power tools. TheMaintenance role is required to provide exceptional customer service anddevelop positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on forklifts and pallet jacks
Replace light bulbs
Participate in general cleaning, painting, and repair work
Perform touch up and finish painting
Make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
Perform work according to standard procedure and by buildings operational schedule
Set up and tear down chairs, tables and equipment in meeting rooms, and function rooms
Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures
Report work accomplished orally and on work order in Corrigo
Use hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walkways
Perform other duties
