Job Summary

The Driver / Equipment Operator is a key team member serving our customers. This year-round position handles tree spade operations and other key activities completing a variety of interesting jobs each week.

Equipment training is provided.

In this position the Driver / Equipment Operator utilizes skills and specialized training with our specialized trucks and equipment.

Interfacing with a variety of other different position in the organization, the position provides opportunity for learning and growth in the green industry.

This position pays up to $26 / hr depending on years of experience paid PTO paid benefits and 401K

DRIVER / EQUIPMENT OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

The Driver / Equipment Operator is a key team member serving our customers. This year-round position handles grapple, bucket, and other equipment operations and other key activities completing a variety of interesting jobs each week.

Equipment training is provided.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE :

In this position the Driver / Equipment Operator utilizes skills and specialized training with our specialized trucks and equipment.

Interfacing with a variety of other different position in the organization, the position provides opportunity for learning and growth in the green industry.

SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The ability to run various types of equipment, who enjoys working outdoors
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years driving experience with a clean driving record
• CDL license
• The responsibility and independence to work autonomously
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
