Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Training Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing the onboarding and ongoing training programs for employees, partners, and customers within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare training, instructional design, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on training facilitation, and project management skills to ensure the success of our training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Training Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Onboarding Program Management: Design and manage the onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel.
- Ongoing Training Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids, to support ongoing learning and development needs.
- LMS Administration: Oversee the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, content management, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for employees, partners, and customers, both in-person and virtually, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques to engage participants and ensure learning objectives are met.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and metrics analysis, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to identify training needs and opportunities for alignment across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and requirements is a plus.
