Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams consisting of SME's, Architects and Technical resources
• Ensure that appropriate resources have been assigned to the project
• Review project guidelines with the team
• Ensure clarity of roles by defining each team member's deliverable for the project
• Create and track a project plan and task break down (or product backlog and sprint burn down for Scrum)
• Develops full-scale project plans, defines project tasks and resource requirements
• Monitor and report on project activities and report on status within published timeline
• Prepare and/or ensure high quality, professional deliverables as required by each project plan
• Facilitate the creation of toolkits to support field-based implemenations when necessary
• Lead and manage a project team

Qualifications

• Adaptable to change and tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types
• Conduct schematic design developmnet and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with other Project Manager, Project Architects and other disciplines
• Coordinate workloads with project team through entire project development to complete documnets on schedule
• Work with the Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews
• Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers and staff
