As a member of our Advisor Services team, your passion for operational excellence will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP) services. The Advisor Services Representative I can expect to focus in the following areas:

Client Engagement and Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Advisors of RIA Firm clients, ensuring prompt and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate money movements based on external Advisor instructions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues and act as a liaison between Advisors and custodians to resolve any concerns.
  • Internal Collaboration and Problem Solving
  • Function as a self-directed and high-performing member of the Advisor Services team, providing internal support and problem-solving assistance.
  • Utilize your expertise in technology platforms, including Salesforce, Tamarac, and Microsoft Office Suite, to support team functions and client interactions.

Operational Excellence

  • Input and maintain client demographic information within our systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Utilize technology to populate and maintain Salesforce records, documenting client interactions meticulously.
  • Prepare and proofread client reports and forms, facilitating accurate and efficient service delivery.

Client Service Administration

  • Facilitate the completion of client applications and transfer documents, assisting Advisors with tax planning and RMD satisfaction.
  • Prepare internal and custodial client paperwork, ensuring accurate electronic delivery to clients when necessary.
  • Collect and organize specialized reports for management, contributing to informed decision-making.

Team Collaboration

  • Maintain a team-oriented approach by assisting and filling in for team members as needed.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Perform other duties as requested to support the ongoing success of the Advisor Services Team.

A couple special notes about our Advisor Services Representative:

  • This position is based in our Atlanta, GA office at 400 Northridge Road, Suite 350.
  • This position requires you to work in-person Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM for at least the first 120 working days during training. Flexibility to move to a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 from home, will be reviewed following your training period.
  • Because this role requires in-person support, you must have reliable transportation and live within 50 minutes of our office.
  • This is a full-time position, with a minimum expected hour amount of 40 hours per week.

  • Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited college or university is highly preferred. You must have at least an associate's to be considered.
  • 1-2 years proven success and tenure in an administrative support function in an investment environment
  • You are proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software.
  • You will be process oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • You always maintain a client first attitude
  • You will exude excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • You are a team player, you enjoy collaboration and helping others, but you can also work independently on project work.

  • You enjoy contributing to the overall effectiveness of the client services team by assisting with various projects and filling in for others as needed.
