Savant Wealth Management is Hiring an Advisor Service Representative I - Atlanta, GA Near Atlanta, GA

As a member of the Advisor Services Team, the Advisors Services Representative is responsible for proactively maintaining ongoing, high-level, and self-directed client service duties to support effective Savant delivery of Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP) services. Duties are consistently well-executed while maintaining a positive and client centric approach. The number of firms being supported determines the distinction between a ASR I and ASR II.

Staff holding an ASR III role has a demonstrated and proven track record of success in delivering client service and supporting financial advisors in a wealth management setting. In addition, an ASR III serves as an internal resource for other team members and regularly participates in cross-functional company projects. An ASR III also has experience and proven ability to maintain strong relationships with firm and advisor clients.

The Advisor Services Representative can expect to focus in the following areas:

  • Provides first line of client contact to Advisors of RIA Firm clients.
  • Functions as a high-level, self-directed member of the Advisor Services team.
  • Serves as an internal resource and problem solver to other team members.
  • Maintains a high-level understanding of Savant’s technology platforms.
  • Coordinates money movement for clients based on external Advisor instruction.
  • Proactively communicates with Advisors at external RIA firms.
  • Troubleshoots problems and serves as liaison between Advisors and custodians as needed.
  • Inputs and maintains client demographic information within Savant systems.
  • Utilizes technology to perform a variety of tasks including populating and maintaining Salesforce information regarding clients and documents client interactions.
  • Acts as a liaison between custodians and other third-party vendors.
  • Facilitates completion of all client applications and transfer documents and sends Advisors reports to facilitate tax planning and RMD satisfaction.
  • Prepares both internal and custodial client paperwork for Advisors and may facilitate electronic delivery of forms directly to client(s).
  • Prepares and proofreads client reports and internal and custodial forms for accuracy.
  • Follows up and ensures completion of all delegated tasks.
  • Collects and organizes specialized reports for management.
  • Maintains team approach by assisting and filling in for others on an as-needed basis.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

  • Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited college or university
  • Must hold Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation in good standing, or other relevant investment related designation
  • 7- 10 years proven success in an administrative support function in an investment environment
  • You are proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software.
  • You will be process oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • You always maintain a client first attitude
  • You will exude excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • You are a team player, you enjoy collaboration and helping others, but you can also work independently on project work.
