• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute project plans and budgets, adhering to strict federal guidelines and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Support identification of AI use cases and development of evaluation criteria to identify pilot AI programs and measure their successful implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and other technical experts to translate project requirements into technically feasible solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and understanding the latest AI advancements and their potential applications for federal agencies.
• Provide project management support to select IT projects, including support in the areas of resource, cost, risk, issue, change, and schedule management.
• Perform policy analysis, drafting new policies and compliance guidance.
• Prepare management and technical presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant major
• 4 years of professional experience
• 2 years of related IT and PMO experience
• 2 years of experience working for the Government as a consultant.
• Experience building relationships with senior-level federal officials and performing subsequent stakeholder management.
• Ability to complete individual tasks effectively, work in a team environment, and be proactive with little guidance.
• Strong understanding of the Agile project management methodology.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise and informative reports and presentations.
• Working knowledge of AI principles and their potential applications in the public sector
• US citizenship and ability to get or hold a Public Trust

• PMP in progress or hand
• Experience with project management tools such as Google Sites, Microsoft Project, Slack, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, etc.
• Experience with AI tools and knowledge of data quality for AI tool training
