Job Title: Truck Drivers Work Location(s): 2025 E 5000 S, Price, UT 84501Carbon County JOB DUTIES:Drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 129,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Check vehicle to ensure mechanical integrity, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order. Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting material. Inspect loads to ensure cargo is secure and maintain logs of working hours, vehicle service and repair status. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned. Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes. Operate equipment such as truck cab computers, CB radios, phones or global positioning systems (GPS) equipment to exchange necessary information with bases, supervisors or other drivers.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: CDL with T Endorsement or ability to obtain upon hire; Mine-site Training RequiredTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel required to unanticipated locations throughout the US
